PROJECT OVERVIEW
Project context and delivery scope.
This Thailand order combined two product families in one shipment: PVC sports flooring for six courts and 200 sqm of rubber rolls.
The buyer placed unusually high importance on customs-document consistency. Product descriptions, HS codes, gross weight, document dates, shipping marks, B/L release method and Form E all had to align.
What we coordinated
- Six courts of PVC sports flooring
- 200 sqm of 6mm rubber rolls
- 20GP FCL shipment to Bangkok Port
- PI and HS-code revisions before payment
- Commercial Invoice, Packing List, B/L and Form E cross-checking
- Telex-release B/L and original Form E courier handling
The electronic Form E was ultimately located in the Thai customs system and the buyer continued discussing additional products and samples afterwards.

OUR SOLUTION
How the requirement was addressed.
We treated the order as both a supply project and a documentation project:
- Revised PI descriptions and HS-code details before final payment.
- Confirmed a 20GP FCL solution to match the buyer’s clearance preference.
- Shared B/L, invoice, packing list and Form E drafts for buyer review.
- Corrected document details where weights and dates did not align.
- Sent the original Form E by courier and followed up when Thai customs needed the electronic record.

Recorded outcome from this project.
The electronic Form E was found in the Thai customs system after follow-up. The buyer later continued requesting samples and quotations for additional PVC and rubber products.
