Trade Terms
FOB · CFR · CNFOur default quotation is FOB Chinese port. CFR / CNF arrangements are available and confirmed per order based on destination, freight route, and forwarder preference.
Free On Board
Risk and cost transfer to the buyer once goods are loaded on the vessel at the named Chinese port. Buyer arranges and pays for ocean freight and insurance.
Cost & Freight
Seller covers cost and freight to the named destination port. Risk transfers to buyer once goods are on board. Insurance is buyer's responsibility.
Cost, No Insurance
Equivalent to CFR in practice -- seller arranges and pays freight to destination port. Used interchangeably with CFR in many trade relationships.
Note: Trade term, port of loading, and freight arrangement are confirmed per order. Not all destinations support all trade terms or freight options. Please confirm with your sales contact before finalising your order.

Sea Freight
The primary shipping method for full container and LCL orders. Suitable for large quantities and standard lead times. FCL or LCL depending on volume.

Your Own Forwarder
If you have a preferred freight forwarder, simply provide their contact details and booking instructions. We coordinate directly with them for pickup, booking, and documentation.

If you don't have a forwarder, we can assist in arranging freight via our logistics partners. Freight cost and options are quoted and confirmed before booking -- not included by default.

Special label requirements, blind marks, or third-party brand marks are subject to prior confirmation and may require additional lead time.
Export Documents
Full Set · Per ShipmentWe prepare a full set of export documents for each shipment. The specific documents required depend on destination, trade term, product, and buyer requirements -- confirmed before each shipment.
Commercial Invoice
CIItemised invoice covering product description, HS code, quantity, unit price, total value, trade term, and payment reference. Issued per shipment.
Packing List
PLDetailed breakdown of each carton or roll: item, quantity, net weight, gross weight, dimensions, and total package count. Matches the Commercial Invoice exactly.
Bill of Lading
B/LIssued by the carrier or forwarder. We provide B/L draft for your review before release. Consignee, notify party, and description confirmed with you before submission.
Form E
ASEAN-China FTACertificate of Origin under the ASEAN-China Free Trade Agreement. Applicable to eligible destinations. Availability confirmed per product and destination -- not automatically issued for all orders.
Technical Data Sheet
TDSProduct specifications, physical properties, installation guidance, and performance parameters. Provided per product type and confirmed to match the exact shipped specification.
Certificates & Test Reports
Per ProductAvailable certificates vary by product: EN 14904, BWF, FIBA, ITF, fire, VOC/IAQ, CE/CPR, and others. Each certificate applies to specific product models -- not universally across the entire range.

Clearance Confirmation
Per Shipment ProcessBefore every shipment, we confirm all critical details with you to ensure documents are accurate and customs clearance goes smoothly. This process is not automatic -- it is handled individually for each order.
Order Confirmation
Product, specification, quantity, colour, packing, shipping mark, and trade term confirmed in writing before production or stock allocation.
Document Details
Consignee name and address, notify party, product description for CI/PL, HS code, declared value, and any special document requirements confirmed per order.
Freight Booking
Forwarder details or freight arrangement confirmed. Vessel schedule, ETD, ETA, and port of loading aligned with your project timeline.
B/L Draft Review
B/L draft shared with you for review before release. Corrections to consignee, description, or marks addressed before final issuance.
Document Dispatch
Full document set (CI, PL, B/L, Form E, TDS, certificates, and others as required) sent by courier or email per your instruction after balance payment.
Arrival Support
We remain available after shipment to assist with any customs queries, document corrections, or supplementary certificates required by your local customs authority.
