Line Marking is a professional court marking service -- not an accessory. We deliver regulation-accurate sport lines directly on your flooring, either completed at our factory before shipment or guided for local installation on-site.
What is Line Marking?
service, not accessoryA Professional Court Marking Service
Line Marking is the process of applying regulation-accurate sport court lines directly onto your flooring surface -- using heat welding, paint, or tape systems depending on the flooring type and method chosen.
Not an Accessory -- a Deliverable
Unlike welding rods or edge strips, Line Marking defines the playable court. It requires precise layout drawings, confirmed sport dimensions, colour selections, and skilled execution -- either at the factory or on-site.
Regulation-Accurate Dimensions
All court layouts follow international governing body standards -- BWF, FIBA, ITF, ITTF, FIFA and more. Custom multi-sport overlays are also available for facilities with space constraints.
Two Marking Methods
factory · localChoose the method that best fits your project timeline, logistics, and on-site capability.
Factory Pre-Marking
Court lines are applied directly onto the flooring rolls or tiles at our factory before shipment. The product arrives on-site fully marked -- ready to install without any additional line work.
- Lines are factory-applied with precision tools -- consistent width, colour, and alignment
- Eliminates on-site marking complexity and skill dependency
- Ideal for standard court sizes and confirmed layouts
- Reduces total project timeline on-site
Best for
Requirement
Exact court dimensions, layout drawing, line colour, and flooring roll/tile orientation must be confirmed before production begins.
Local Installation
We provide detailed court layout drawings, dimension specifications, and technical guidance. Your local installation team applies the lines on-site after the flooring is laid -- using heat welding, paint, or tape as appropriate.
- Flexible for non-standard room sizes and last-minute layout adjustments
- Suitable for multi-sport overlays where court positions depend on room layout
- We supply layout files, colour codes, and step-by-step technical guides
- No factory lead time addition -- lines are done after flooring installation

Confirmation Workflow
6 steps to court-readyEvery Line Marking project follows a structured confirmation process. Accurate information at each step prevents costly rework and ensures the court meets regulation standards.
Sport & Court Type
Confirm the sport(s), court layout variant (singles/doubles/full/half), and whether this is a single-sport or multi-sport overlay project.
- Sport type
- Singles / Doubles / Full / Half
- Multi-sport overlay Y/N
Room & Court Dimensions
Provide the total room size and usable court area. For factory pre-marking, the flooring roll orientation and court position relative to the roll must be confirmed.
- Total room size (L × W)
- Court position in room
- Roll orientation (for factory method)
Line Colour Assignment
Confirm line colour(s) for each sport. Multi-sport overlays require distinct colours per sport. Colour must contrast clearly with the base floor.
- Base floor colour
- Line colour per sport
- Contrast check
Method Selection
Choose Factory Pre-Marking or Local Installation based on your project timeline, room flexibility, and local installation capability.
- Factory pre-marking
- Local installation + drawings
- Lead time impact
Layout Drawing Approval
We provide a court layout drawing for client approval before production begins. No changes can be made after drawing approval for factory pre-marking.
- Drawing issued for review
- Client approval required
- No changes after approval
Production & Delivery
Factory pre-marking adds to the production lead time. For local installation, we ship layout files and technical guides with the flooring order.
- Lead time confirmation
- QC photos before shipment
- Technical guide included
Important: Confirm Before Production
For Factory Pre-Marking, all details -- court dimensions, line colours, layout drawing -- must be confirmed and approved before production begins. Changes after production starts will affect lead time and may incur additional costs. Please review the layout drawing carefully before signing off.
