What "parameter-based" means
We don't build floors from scratch on every order. Our customization works within a proven manufacturing framework -- you adjust parameters, we deliver consistent, tested results.
Adjustable within proven ranges
Thickness, color, density and standard sizes can be specified per order. These are well-tested parameters with known MOQ and lead times.
Special customization requires confirmation
New patterns, non-standard structures, unusual materials and special performance requirements must be confirmed for feasibility, MOQ, cost and lead time before quoting.
Not unlimited fully custom
We don't manufacture entirely new product types or processes on demand. Customization is grounded in existing production capabilities.

Thickness
StandardSpecify thickness within the available range for each product line. Common options: 3 / 4.5 / 6 / 7 / 8 mm for PVC; 15 / 20 / 25 / 30 mm for rubber mats.
Color
StandardChoose from standard color options or provide a Pantone / RAL reference for custom color matching. New colors require feasibility confirmation and minimum order quantity.
Density
ConfirmApplicable to rubber flooring and foam layers in PVC products. Density affects shock absorption, hardness and weight. Adjustments require technical confirmation.
Size
ConfirmStandard roll widths and lengths apply to most PVC and rubber products. Custom widths or cut-to-size orders must be confirmed against production line capabilities and minimum run lengths.
Material
ConfirmMaterial selection is tied to product type and application. PVC, PP virgin material, modified PP, natural rubber and SBR rubber are available -- each with specific performance profiles.
Structure & Welding Rod
ConfirmLayer configuration (wear layer, foam, backing) can be adjusted for specific performance targets. Welding rod color is matched to floor color for PVC installations -- specify at order time.

MOQ
There is no single MOQ across all customizations. Stock items may ship in smaller quantities. Custom production requires a minimum run -- confirmed per product, specification and order type.

Standard customizations are priced within normal product ranges. Special customizations -- new patterns, materials or structures -- carry additional tooling, R&D or trial production costs confirmed upfront.
