Terms of Service

Please read these terms carefully before placing orders for Sportaflor PVC Sports Flooring, Rubber Mats, and related products. These terms govern the B2B relationship between Sportaflor and our global partners.

01 General Provisions

These Terms of Service ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between Sportaflor ("Company", "We", "Us") and the entity or individual purchasing products ("Buyer", "Client"). By placing an order, requesting a quotation, or purchasing PVC Sports Flooring, Rubber Mats, PP Tiles, or accessories, the Buyer agrees to be bound by these Terms.

Sportaflor operates primarily as a B2B manufacturer and trader. Our products are intended for professional installation and commercial use.

02 Quotations & Orders

  • Validity: All price quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issuance unless otherwise stated, due to raw material (PVC/Rubber) price fluctuations.
  • Stock Availability: Items listed as "In Stock" are subject to prior sale. We recommend confirming inventory immediately before payment.
  • Custom Orders: Orders for custom colors, thicknesses, or lengths require a formal Sales Contract and cannot be cancelled once production has commenced.

03 Payment Terms

Unless otherwise agreed in writing in the Sales Contract:

  • Deposit: A minimum deposit of 30% is required to initiate production or reserve stock.
  • Balance: The remaining balance (70%) must be paid prior to shipment or against the copy of the Bill of Lading (BL), depending on the agreed Incoterms.
  • Currency: All payments shall be made in USD or RMB unless otherwise specified. Bank charges are the responsibility of the remitter.

04 Shipping & Logistics

We ship globally from our facilities in China.

Incoterms

We typically operate under FOB (Tianjin/Qingdao), CIF, or EXW terms.

Lead Times

Stock Items: Dispatched within 3-7 working days.
Production Orders: Typically 15-25 days depending on quantity and queue.

05 Quality & Claims

Sportaflor is committed to high-quality manufacturing standards. However, due to the nature of PVC and rubber manufacturing:

  • Color Variation: Slight color variations may occur between different production batches. We recommend ordering enough material for the entire project at once.
  • Inspection: The Buyer must inspect goods within 7 days of arrival at the destination port.
  • Claims: Any claims regarding quality or quantity must be submitted in writing with photographic evidence within 15 days of receipt.

06 Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the People's Republic of China. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be settled through friendly negotiation. If negotiation fails, the dispute shall be submitted to the competent court in the jurisdiction of Hebei, China.
