Installation & Common Failures

1. Thermal Expansion (Bulging) +
Cause: Installing tiles too tight against the wall in hot weather.
Fix: Leave a 5-8cm gap around the perimeter. We provide expansion joints if needed.
2. Sub-floor Unevenness +
Cause: Concrete base has holes or bumps > 3mm.
Fix: Use our recommended rubber underlay (2mm) to absorb minor imperfections and reduce noise.
3. Line Painting Peeling +
Cause: Using standard road paint on PP material.
Fix: Use our specific PP-ink or purchase pre-painted lines from factory.

Honest Limitations (Must Read)
We want long-term business, so we tell you the truth before you buy:
- PP Tiles are NOT suitable for extreme cold below -20°C (they become brittle).
- Do NOT install directly on grass or dirt. A concrete or asphalt base is mandatory.
- Colors (Red/Blue) will fade slightly after 3-5 years under direct tropical sun. This is normal for all PP tiles, regardless of supplier.
